Shipping policy

Animals will be shipped priority overnight via Fedex in a parcel that abides by all regulations (i.e. white box green/red writing,foam insulation). Temperature adjusting tools such as heating or cooling packs will be used under circumstances which they are required as established by industry standards. During winter months if the nighttime low is below 25 degrees Fahrenheit shipment of the customer's order will be delayed until the temperature is warmer. Under the circumstance the animal is DOA the customer will have 24 hours after receiving the package to make a claim with Snakes 'N' Stuff, and must provide photographic documentation of the deceased animal. Any guarantee on live animal shipment door to door will be void if someone is not there to sign for the package. If the package is being held at a Fedex location and is not picked up the same business day of arrival all guarantee will be void.
